Ingredients
- 2 oz Bunratty Meade
- 1 oz Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- Sprig of Fresh thyme
Preparation
1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Combine ingredients in shaker and shake
3. Strain in coupe glass
4. Garnish with Lemon twist and sprig of fresh thyme
